Admission to Postgraduate Diploma in Substance Abuse Admission to Master's Degree by Research Admission to Master's Degree by Coursework 1. A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75/4.00 or equivalent, as accepted by the Senate; or 2. A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75/4.00, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment. or 3. A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.00/4.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.50/4.00, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in the relevant field and rigorous internal assessment. 4. Candidates without a qualification in the related fields or relevant working experience must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the University and meet the minimum CGPA based on (1) to (3) above; or 5. Other qualifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with honours AND relevant professional work experience. Note: 1-year work experience is equivalent to 0.05 CGPA *Effective to students enrolled starting Semester I, Academic Session 2021/2022 (128th Senate Meeting) 1. Bachelor's Degree with Honors in are related field froma university or fromother institutions of higher learning recognized by senate with a minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 ; or 2. If the CGPA does not reach 2.50/4.00, the Candidate is subject to selection admission based on 5 years working experience. 1.
