Admission to Master of Laws and Master of Comparative Law (By Research) 1. A relevant bachelor’s degree with honours with a minimum (CGPA of 2.75/4.00 and above) from the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) or; 2. A relevant Bachelor’s with honours USIM or any other institutions with a minimum CGPA = 2.75/4.00 and above; or CGPA 2.50/4.00 but less than 2.75/4.00 with at least five (5) years of working experience in related fields recognized by the senate. 3. A relevant Bachelor’s degree with honours with a good grade or jayyid or CGPA 3.00/5.00 and above or 60% and above from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Senate or CGPA 2.75/4.00 and above 4. Other qualifications equivalent to a bachelor's degree and related professional experience recognized by the Senate. Admission to Master of Law (International Law) (Coursework) 1. A relevant Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) in Law or Syariah with relevant Honours with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) result of 2.75 and above from USIM; or 2. A relevant Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) in Law or Syariah with relevant Honours with a CGPA result of 2.75 and above from the University; or 3. A relevant Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) with relevant Honours and recognized by the University Senate with the following results: (a) Jayyid; or (b) CGPA 2 . 75/4.00 and above; or (c) CGPA 3.50/5.00 and above; or (d) Overall mark of 60% and above. 4. A relevant Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 KKM) with relevant Honours and recognized by an IPT and recognized by the University Senate with the following results and at least five (5) years of relevant work experience after the bachelor's degree. (a) Pass (Maqbul); or (b) CGPA less than 2.75/4.00 but more than 2.50/4.00; (c) Overall score less than 60% but more than 50% 5. Other qualifications equivalent to a bachelor's degree (Level 6 KKM) with Honours with work experice related professional experience. Doctor of Philosophy in Law (By Research) 1. A Master’s degree of Law (by research) or a Master’s degree of Comparative Law (by research) or a Master’s degree of Shariah (by research) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia; or 2. A Master’s degree of Law (by coursework) or (mixed-mode) with minimum CGPA 2. 7 5; or 3. A Master’s degree in Law (by research)
