This four (4) years programme is conducted through teaching, dissertation and industrial training. The main objective of the Food Biotechnology Programme is to produce graduates that are knowledgeable, skilled and able to integrate biological science and food technology; unite with ethics and social responsibility. The programme is designed to produce graduates who have a combined knowledge and experience of lab research in food biotechnology in order to produce quality research and provide excellent service to the government, educational sectors, research organisations and food industries
